Medical Assistant. On-site, Kentucky

Baptist Health is hiring a Medical Assistant in Kentucky. The job is full-time at a clinic. The job is in Primary Care team. The schedule is First Shift.

What you'll do

• Provide direct clinical support to providers
• Obtain vital signs and patient history
• Document patient information in electronic records
• Perform clinical procedures like EKGs and phlebotomy

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of direct patient care experience
• Completion of Medical Assistant training program
• Basic computer skills
• Current Medical Assistant certification (preferred)
• Graduate of LPN or RN program (preferred)
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record (preferred)
