Nurse Practitioner. On-site, Connecticut

CVS Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Connecticut. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $46.03 to $99.14 per hour. The schedule is 2-3 days per week plus every other weekend.

What you'll do

• Assess diagnose and treat acute chronic conditions
• Provide in-person and virtual patient visits
• Perform diagnostic testing and preventive counseling
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Manage clinic operations and inventory

Requirements

• Master degree in relevant field
• Pass a respirator FIT test
• Physical presence at assigned clinic
• Obtain and maintain multi-state licensure
• One year of experience (preferred)
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record (preferred)
• Experience with virtual care environments (preferred)
