Patient Care Technician. On-site, Kentucky

Baptist Health is hiring a Patient Care Technician in Kentucky. The job is part-time at a hospital. The job is in the emergency department. The schedule is 11am-11pm, 24 hours weekly.

What you'll do

• Assist with patient hygiene
• Measure routine vital signs
• Document care in electronic medical records
• Perform phlebotomy and lab collections
• Place monitoring equipment and perform ECGs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Obtain BLS within three months
• Completed approved aide training program (preferred)
• Previous phlebotomy or testing experience (preferred)
• One year healthcare patient care experience (preferred)
