• Prepare and distribute medications
• Verify and input medication orders
• Provide drug information to healthcare professionals
• Monitor and manage medication regimens
• Manage pharmacy inventory

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited College of Pharmacy
• Hospital or LTAC experience
• Completed PGY1 residency
• Board Certification (preferred)
