Pharmacist. On-site, Kentucky

Baptist Health is hiring a Pharmacist in Kentucky. The job is full-time at a hospital. The job is in the department of pharmacy services. The schedule is first shift.

What you'll do

• Verify medication orders and drug distribution
• Prepare sterile and hazardous medications
• Monitor anticoagulation and pharmacokinetic dosing
• Perform medication reconciliation for patients
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and production activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Kentucky pharmacy license
• Obtain ACLS within six months
• One to three years work experience (preferred)
• Completed ASHP accredited pharmacy residency (preferred)
