What you'll do

• Provide medication therapy consultations
• Educate healthcare team members
• Respond to medical emergencies
• Assist with procedural sedations and intubations
• Manage pharmacy inventory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Three years experience
• Kentucky pharmacist license
• Obtain ACLS within six months
• Obtain board certification within one year
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (preferred)
• Board certification in infectious diseases (preferred)
• Antimicrobial stewardship education (preferred)
