Pharmacist. Remote, Texas

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacist in Texas. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $50.48 to $84.62 per hour. The job is in Commercial Prior Authorization and Case Review Unit.

What you'll do

• Process prior authorization referrals
• Review coverage determinations based on clinical criteria
• Communicate decisions to providers and patients
• Handle inbound and outbound clinical calls
• Maintain drug and disease state knowledge

Requirements

• Two years PBM pharmacist experience
• Commercial Prior Authorization experience
• Proficiency with clinical resources
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently
• PGY1 or PGY2 residency (preferred)
• Call center experience (preferred)
• Clinical and analytical problem solving (preferred)
