Pharmacist. On-site, Indiana

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacist in Indiana. The job is full-time at a long-term care facility, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $45.43 to $76.15 per hour. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-11pm, Saturday 8am-8pm and Sunday 8am-4pm, every 3rd weekend.

What you'll do

• Enter orders accurately
• Verify technician order entries
• Check drug packaging and labeling
• Prepare or supervise sterile IV products
• Maintain schedule II drug inventory

Requirements

• Licensed pharmacist in Indiana
• Bachelors or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree
• Long term care pharmacy experience (preferred)
• IV certification or experience (preferred)
• Immunization certification (preferred)
