Pharmacist. Hybrid, Pennsylvania

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacist in Pennsylvania. The job is full-time and hybrid at a mail-order pharmacy, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $50.48 to $84.62 per hour. The schedule is 7 days on 7 days off, 8:30p-8:30a.

What you'll do

• Monitor drug therapy
• Provide patient education
• Provide drug information
• Manage chronic disease states
• Guide supporting staff

Requirements

• Reside in Pennsylvania
• Commutable to Monroeville PA
• Six months experience with Windows applications
• Licenses in other states (preferred)
• Healthcare work experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with insurance and prescriptions (preferred)
