• Oversee pharmacy operations and professional practice

Requirements

• Active state pharmacy license
• Immunization certification
• Registered as pharmacist in charge
• PMP access registration
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (preferred)
• Pharm. D. degree (preferred)
