Pharmacist. On-site, Arizona

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacist in Arizona. The job is full-time at a long-term care facility, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $50.48 to $84.62 per hour. The schedule is 2:30pm-11pm, every other weekend.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Assess new patients and orders for therapy appropriateness
• Perform accurate dose calculations
• Program infusion pumps

Requirements

• Licensed pharmacist in Arizona
• 40 hours weekly
• Two years of IV experience (preferred)
• Long Term Care pharmacy experience (preferred)
• Management or leadership experience (preferred)
