Pharmacist. On-site, Minnesota

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacist in Minnesota. The job is full-time in patients' homes, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $55.53 to $93.08 per hour.

What you'll do

• Review patient charts and lab results
• Communicate with patients and caregivers
• Evaluate physician medication orders
• Monitor patient progress and assessment results

Requirements

• Current Minnesota pharmacy license
• One year IV alternate site experience (preferred)
• Home infusion therapy experience (preferred)
• Research experience (preferred)
