Pharmacist. On-site, North Carolina

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacist in North Carolina. The job is full-time at a retail location, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $65 to $85 per hour. The schedule is nights and weekends.

What you'll do

• Manage pharmacy team and daily operations
• Provide patient counseling and clinical services
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Oversee prescription fulfillment and inventory
• Conduct onboarding and performance management

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Proficiency in mathematical reasoning
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Completion of the CVS Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader program (preferred)
• Ability to work across multiple locations (preferred)
