CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacist in Texas. The job is full-time at a long-term care facility. Pay runs from $129k to $218k per year.

What you'll do

• Manage pharmacy operational performance and P&L
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Mentor and develop pharmacy staff
• Consult with partners on medication needs
• Optimize supply chain and pharmacy processes

Requirements

• Five years of operations management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Prior healthcare or supply chain experience (preferred)
• Long Term Care experience (preferred)
• Pharm D or Master’s degree (preferred)
