Pharmacist. Remote, Texas

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacist in Texas. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $50.48 to $84.62 per hour. The job is in the Specialty Medical Prior Authorization team. The schedule is 8am-7pm CT, rotating weekends and occasional holidays.

What you'll do

• Review medical data for prior authorizations
• Apply clinical knowledge to review cases
• Handle inbound calls from physicians and members
• Train and mentor team representatives

Requirements

• Active pharmacist license
• Two years clinical pharmacist experience
• One year experience issuing prior authorization determinations
• Experience with Novologix system
• Experience with Aetna Medical Prior Authorization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (preferred)
• Experience with CAS, Sales Force, RxClaim, and PeopleSafe (preferred)
