Pharmacy Intern. On-site, Illinois

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Intern in Illinois. The job is part-time at a retail location. Pay runs from $20.50 to $24.25 per hour. The schedule is nights and weekends.

What you'll do

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately
• Offer patient counseling and medical information
• Process telephonic prescriptions from prescribers
• Perform inventory management and cycle counts
• Administer immunizations where permitted by law

Requirements

• Enrolled in ACPE accredited pharmacy school
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Mathematical reasoning for prescription calculations
• One year of pharmacy or retail experience (preferred)
• Immunization certification eligibility (preferred)
• Microsoft Suite proficiency (preferred)
