Pharmacy Intern. On-site, Arizona

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Intern in Arizona. The job is part-time at a retail location. Pay runs from $21.25 to $25.00 per hour. The schedule is nights and weekends.

What you'll do

• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely
• Process insurance claims and rejections
• Provide patient counseling under pharmacist supervision
• Manage pharmacy inventory and stock
• Administer immunizations where permitted by law

Requirements

• Enrolled in ACPE accredited pharmacy school
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Mathematical reasoning for prescription calculations
• Ability to work across multiple store locations
• One to three years relevant work experience (preferred)
• Immunization certification eligibility (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
