Pharmacy Intern. On-site, California

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Intern in California. The job is part-time at a retail location. Pay runs from $20.10 to $23.10 per hour. The schedule is nights and weekends.

What you'll do

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately
• Counsel patients under pharmacist supervision
• Administer immunizations where permitted
• Manage pharmacy inventory
• Provide coaching to pharmacy team members

Requirements

• Enrolled in ACPE accredited pharmacy school
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Use mathematical reasoning for prescription dispensing
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
• One year of related work experience (preferred)
• Immunization certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (preferred)
