Pharmacy Intern. On-site, Texas

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Intern in Texas. The job is full-time at a retail location. Pay runs from $30 to $42 per hour. The job is in the pharmacy department. The schedule is nights and weekends.

What you'll do

• Process prescriptions and resolve third party rejections
• Perform register transactions and bag merchandise
• Maintain inventory and assist with drug orders
• Counsel patients under pharmacist supervision
• Support pharmacy staff development and training

Requirements

• Doctorate in pharmacy from non-US school
• Complete internship within 18 months
• Pass pharmacist licensure exams within 120 days
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Eligibility to immunize (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
