Pharmacy Lead Technician. On-site, Illinois

CVS Health is hiring for "Pharmacy Lead Technician" in Illinois. The job is full-time at a retail location. Pay runs from $18 to $27 per hour. The schedule is 30 hours or greater per week, including nights and weekends.

What you'll do

• Support pharmacy team operations and service excellence
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Coach team on pharmacy workflow and procedures
• Manage administrative tasks and pharmacy scheduling
• Provide performance feedback to pharmacy manager

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Ability to work 30+ hours per week
• National Certification (preferred)
• 3-5 years of pharmacy technician experience (preferred)
• Previous experience as an Inventory Specialist (preferred)
