Pharmacy Lead Technician. On-site, California

CVS Health is hiring for "Pharmacy Lead Technician" in California. The job is full-time at a retail location. Pay runs from $20.90 to $33.90 per hour. The schedule is 30 hours or greater per week, including nights and weekends.

What you'll do

• Support pharmacy team with operational excellence
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Coach team on procedures and best practices
• Manage daily activities and administrative tasks
• Oversee inventory activities and cycle counts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to work 30+ hours weekly
• Proficiency in mathematical reasoning
• National Certification (preferred)
• 3-5 years of pharmacy technician experience (preferred)
• Previous experience as an Inventory Specialist (preferred)
