Pharmacy Technician. On-site, Virginia

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Virginia. The job is full-time at a retail location, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $16 to $24 per hour. The schedule is Monday to Friday 7am-11pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-7pm, every other weekend required.

What you'll do

• Fill prescriptions promptly safely and accurately
• Assist patients at pick-up drive-thru and phone
• Follow company standard operating procedures
• Complete inventory activities and cycle counts
• Administer vaccines if technician immunizer status held

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Complete company training program
• Comply with state board of pharmacy requirements
• 1-3 years previous pharmacy technician experience (preferred)
• Experience in pharmacy retail medical or customer service (preferred)
