Pharmacy Technician. On-site, Virginia

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Virginia. The job is full-time at a retail location, 30 hours a week. Pay runs from $16 to $24 per hour. The schedule is Monday to Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 11am-6pm, every other weekend.

What you'll do

• Process prescriptions at various pharmacy workstations
• Assist patients at pick-up and drive-thru
• Manage pharmacy inventory and medication deliveries
• Administer vaccines if certified
• Resolve patient problems and escalate issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Mathematical reasoning for prescription calculations
• Ability to travel to other market stores
• 1-3 years pharmacy technician experience (preferred)
• Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred)
• Previous medical or customer service experience (preferred)
