Pharmacy Technician. Remote, Rhode Island

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Rhode Island. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $17.00 to $31.30 per hour.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming prescription-related customer calls
• Verify and validate prescription information
• Document customer concerns and complaints
• Provide guidance on medication refills and adherence
• Update customer records in computer systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Resident of specific states
• Certified Patient Care Technician (preferred)
