Pharmacy Technician. On-site, Virginia

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Virginia. The job is full-time at a long-term care facility, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $17.00 to $28.46 per hour. The schedule is Mid Morning to Late Evening.

What you'll do

• Enter orders into pharmacy system
• Calculate and verify medication dosages
• Review narcotic prescriptions for timeliness
• Identify potential drug interactions and allergies
• Maintain accurate customer records

Requirements

• One or more years pharmacy technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Long-term care industry experience (preferred)
• PTCB National Certification (preferred)
