Pharmacy Technician. Hybrid, Rhode Island

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Rhode Island. The job is full-time and hybrid at a retail location, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $17.00 to $31.30 per hour. The job is in Retail Customer Care Call Center.

What you'll do

• Assist patients with pharmacy needs
• Enroll patients in pharmacy services
• Interact with pharmacy staff and providers
• Receive inbound pharmacy calls
• Record non-preferred drug orders

Requirements

• Resident of specific states
• One year customer service experience
• Proficient PC skills
• Complete all required training programs
• High school diploma or GED
• Retail pharmacy experience (preferred)
• Call center experience (preferred)
• Multitasking in fast-paced environment (preferred)
