Pharmacy Technician. Remote, Florida

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Florida. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $17.00 to $28.46 per hour.

What you'll do

• Contact Medicare members regarding medication adherence
• Help customers resolve medication refill barriers
• Assist customers with placing healthcare program orders
• Address retail pharmacy customer service issues

Requirements

• One year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in MS Windows-based applications
• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Prior call center experience (preferred)
• Previous work from home experience (preferred)
