Pharmacy Technician. On-site, Virginia

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Virginia. The job is part-time at a retail location, 20 hours a week. Pay runs from $16 to $24 per hour. The schedule is Monday to Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 11am-6pm, every other weekend.

What you'll do

• Fill prescriptions promptly safely and accurately
• Assist patients at pick-up drive-thru and phone
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations
• Complete basic inventory activities and cycle counts
• Administer vaccines if technician immunizer status held

Requirements

• Must comply with state board pharmacy requirements
• Minimum 16 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• 1-3 years pharmacy technician experience (preferred)
• Experience in pharmacy retail or medical setting (preferred)
