What you'll do

• Review clinical claims and appeals
• Determine coverage for medical benefits
• Provide clinical and payment policy expertise

Requirements

• Five years clinical practice experience
• Active state medical license
• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in ABMS specialty
• Health plan or payor experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of HCPCS and CPT coding (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication (preferred)
