What you'll do

• Oversee clinical strategy for complex populations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct peer reviews and educational interventions
• Facilitate interdisciplinary care team rounds
• Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Five years clinical practice experience post residency
• Active unrestricted board certification
• Licensed in Illinois
• Ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Overnight travel required
• Three years managed care industry experience (preferred)
• Experience leading inter-disciplinary teams (preferred)
• Understanding of evidence-based medicine (preferred)
