• Lead Medicare clinical strategy and performance
• Improve affordability and quality outcomes
• Manage Medicare Medical Affairs team
• Partner with internal business units
• Engage with external regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Senior physician executive leadership experience
• Expertise in Medicare Advantage programs
• Experience in complex healthcare environments
• Ability to lead in matrixed organizations
• Experience with dual-eligible populations (preferred)
• Large-scale clinical transformation experience (preferred)
• Advanced management or public health training (preferred)
