What you'll do

• Lead clinical team at center
• Practice primary care
• Mentor and coach providers
• Implement organizational strategic initiatives
• Conduct provider performance reviews

Requirements

• Board certification in relevant specialty
• Clinical leadership experience
• Experience with metrics-driven medical care
• Commitment to older and low-income patients
• US work authorization
• 5+ years outpatient practice experience (preferred)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics (preferred)
• Additional professional degrees like MBA or MPH (preferred)
