What you'll do

• Lead clinical team at center
• Practice primary care in clinics
• Mentor coach and advise providers
• Drive implementation of strategic initiatives
• Conduct performance reviews for providers

Requirements

• Board certification in Family Adult or Gerontology
• Experience in clinical leadership roles
• Experience using a metrics-driven approach
• Commitment to older adults and low-income patients
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics (preferred)
• Additional professional degrees like MBA JD MPH (preferred)
