Physician. On-site, Connecticut

CVS Health is hiring a Physician in Connecticut. The job is full-time at a clinic. Pay runs from $174k to $375k per year. The schedule is 40 hours per week.

What you'll do

• Assess and diagnose patients at clinics
• Oversee and administer primary care
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments
• Maintain electronic medical record data
• Collaborate with leadership on quality goals

Requirements

• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine graduate
• Board certification or eligibility
• Active unrestricted state license
• Active DEA license
• US work authorization
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics (preferred)
• Experience with geriatric populations (preferred)
• Experience in value-based healthcare (preferred)
