What you'll do

• Lead and mentor regional medical directors
• Practice primary care in clinics
• Interview and hire regional providers
• Develop internal clinical leadership
• Supervise complex care and transition teams

Requirements

• 15+ years experience
• 5 years outpatient practice experience
• 3 years physician management experience
• Experience with value-based care
• Experience with clinical leadership
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics (preferred)
• M.B.A. degree (preferred)
• J.D. degree (preferred)
