Physician. On-site, Ohio

OhioHealth is hiring a Physician in Ohio. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. The job is in Patient Advice and Care Team. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, no weekends.

What you'll do

• Manage medication refills for patients
• Perform health status assessments
• Coordinate patient care plans
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel
• Participate in clinical quality improvement

Requirements

• High School or GED
• Comfortable working with technology
• Three to five years LPN experience (preferred)
• One year of primary care experience (preferred)
