CVS Health is hiring for "Quality Practice Liaison (Must reside in Arizona)" in Arizona. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $44k to $85k per year. The job is in Arizona Mercy Care Plan. The schedule is Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

What you'll do

• Present HEDIS gaps in care to providers
• Review and abstract medical record data
• Enter supplemental data into tracking tools
• Generate gap in care reports
• Collaborate with internal health plan departments

Requirements

• Two years experience with HEDIS quality measures
• One year experience delivering presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Must reside in Arizona
• Willingness to travel in Arizona up to 10%
• Experience with various EMR systems (preferred)
• Experience interpreting handwritten medical records (preferred)
