Registered Nurse. On-site, Kentucky

Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Kentucky. The job is full-time at a hospital. The job is in the dialysis unit. The schedule is 6:30am-4PM, 4 shifts per week, rotating call.

What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care activities
• Perform nursing rounds, assessments, and treatments
• Facilitate admission, transfer, and discharge activities
• Provide patient and family-centered education
• Coordinate care and individualized treatment planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing
• Successful completion of dysrhythmia class
