Registered Nurse. On-site, Kentucky

Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Kentucky. The job is full-time at a hospital. The job is in the telemetry unit. The schedule is 3rd shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week.

What you'll do

• Conduct nursing rounds and assessments
• Facilitate patient admissions and discharges
• Provide patient and family education
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer medications and nursing interventions

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in nursing or associate degree
• Ten years experience if associate degree holder
• Enroll in bachelor program within 12 months
• Complete dysrhythmia class
