Registered Nurse. On-site, Tennessee

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Tennessee. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $54k to $117k per year.

What you'll do

• Coordinate patient care
• Provide clinical triage and symptom management
• Manage medications and prescription refills
• Educate patients on chronic conditions
• Perform point of care testing and phlebotomy

Requirements

• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Assess patients without face-to-face interaction
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team (preferred)
• Two years of healthcare experience (preferred)
• Previous clinic setting experience (preferred)
