Registered Nurse. On-site, Virginia

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Virginia. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year.

What you'll do

• Assess patients and prioritize care needs
• Manage chronic conditions using clinical protocols
• Perform wound care and administer medications
• Educate patients on preventative health measures
• Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Two years of healthcare experience as RN
• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Experience in a clinic setting (preferred)
• Ability to work independently (preferred)
