Registered Nurse. On-site, Missouri

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Missouri. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year.

What you'll do

• Assess patients and prioritize care needs
• Manage chronic conditions using clinical protocols
• Perform nursing procedures and medication administration
• Educate patients on preventative care
• Coordinate complex care plans with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Two years of healthcare experience
• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in a clinic setting (preferred)
• Data analysis skills (preferred)
• Problem solving and prioritization skills (preferred)
