Registered Nurse. On-site, Ohio

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Ohio. The job is full-time at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year.

What you'll do

• Manage complex patient caseloads
• Coordinate care for assigned patients
• Lead interdisciplinary care planning meetings
• Perform nursing assessments and patient education
• Document visits in electronic health records

Requirements

• Six to eight years nursing experience
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout communities
• Bachelor degree in nursing (preferred)
• Two years transitional nursing experience (preferred)
