Registered Nurse. Hybrid, Arizona

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Arizona. The job is full-time and hybrid in patients' homes, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $61k to $130k per year.

What you'll do

• Educate patients on complex PAH therapies
• Provide infusion training and clinical support
• Coordinate patient care plans with medical teams
• Visit patients in their homes
• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• Two years critical or acute care infusion experience
• Valid driver license and auto insurance
• Ability to travel up to 80 percent
• Experience with pulmonary arterial hypertension patients (preferred)
• Home healthcare and pediatric experience (preferred)
• CRNI certification (preferred)
