Registered Nurse. Hybrid, Atlanta, GA

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Atlanta, GA. The job is full-time and hybrid in patients' homes, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $54k to $117k per year. The schedule is on-call rotation for weekend coverage approximately once every 4-6 weeks.

What you'll do

• Educate patients on complex PAH therapies
• Provide infusion training and clinical support
• Collaborate with physicians and pharmacy operations
• Develop one-on-one patient relationships
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation

Requirements

• Two years critical or acute care infusion experience
• Reside within one hour of Atlanta airport
• Ability to travel 70 percent of time
• Valid driver license and auto insurance
• Experience with PAH patients (preferred)
• Home healthcare and pediatric experience (preferred)
• Critical care experience (preferred)
