Registered Nurse. On-site, Louisiana

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Louisiana. The job is full-time in patients' homes, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $54k to $117k per year. The schedule is Variable work scheduled with ability to work 2 days weekly until 9pm local time.

What you'll do

• Coordinate pediatric case management activities
• Evaluate pediatric medical needs
• Facilitate overall member wellness
• Develop wellness strategies
• Instruct programs per clinical policies

Requirements

• Reside in specific Louisiana parishes
• Case management experience
• Pediatric experience
• Ability to travel 125 miles round trip
• Technology proficiency
• Bachelors or Masters degree (preferred)
• Managed Care Organization experience (preferred)
