Registered Nurse. Remote, Kentucky

CVS Health is hiring a Registered Nurse in Kentucky. The job is full-time and remote, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $54k to $117k per year.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve appeals and grievances
• Review clinical documentation and records
• Coordinate clinical resolutions with internal teams
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Communicate with providers and authorized representatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of clinical experience
• Experience reading or researching benefit language
• Excellent customer service skills
• Managed care experience (preferred)
