What you'll do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone fax email
• Process prescription records in data entry system
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
• Respond to legal and regulatory record requests

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years call center experience
• 1 to 2 years HIPAA experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Work 2 days weekly in Cumberland office
• Associates degree or equivalent certificate (preferred)
• Prior patient prescription records experience (preferred)
• Legal or paralegal experience (preferred)
