Rx Records, Representative II. Hybrid, Rhode Island

CVS Health is hiring for "Rx Records, Representative II" in Rhode Island. The job is full-time and hybrid at a clinic, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $17.00 to $31.30 per hour. The job is in Prescription Records team. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming customer inquiries
• Process prescription record requests
• Perform high-volume data entry
• Maintain confidentiality of health information

Requirements

• Two days weekly in Cumberland office
• One to two years call center experience
• Experience with HIPAA or sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Associate degree or equivalent certificate (preferred)
• Prior patient prescription records experience (preferred)
• Legal or paralegal experience (preferred)
