CVS Health is hiring for "Senior Analyst, Health Coach Wellness - Georgia" in Georgia. The job is full-time at a long-term care facility, 40 hours a week. Pay runs from $47k to $92k per year. The job is in Population Health and Wellness team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized health and wellness coaching
• Conduct health risk assessments
• Create customized wellness action plans
• Facilitate wellness workshops and group programs
• Track participant progress and maintain documentation

Requirements

• Three years experience in wellness coaching
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Daily travel to assigned client location
• Experience documenting in electronic medical records
• Health coaching certification (preferred)
• Experience in employee wellness programs (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (preferred)
